Week schedule
Day 1: from Porto-Vecchio to Santa Giulia beach
Boarding at 5:00 PM, your skipper will welcome you on board your catamaran. After a complete tour of the boat, your captain will explain in detail the navigation program of the week. You will leave the Porto-Vecchio port at the end of the day around 6:00 PM to reach your first anchorage, the sumptuous Santa Giulia beach to enjoy your first meal on board and to spend the night there.
Day 2: Rondinara Bay
How to navigate in South-East Corsica without passing by the iconic Rondinara Bay. After spending the morning on Santa-Giulia beach, you will set sail towards this magnificent bay.
On the program of your day, swimming, water sports and relaxation. For those who wish, your skipper can drop you off on land so you can stretch your legs and why not go and taste a grilled sea bream at Ange’s
Day 3: sailing towards Lavezzi islands
For your third day on board, you will set sail south towards the Lavezzi archipelago. The Lavezzi islands are located in the south of Corsica, near the city of Bonifacio. The archipelago is made up of 5 islands, of which Lavezzi is the main and only inhabited island. The Lavezzi islands are famous for their fine sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and isolated coves. They are also a prime location for scuba diving, as they host many coral reefs and a rich marine wildlife. The Lavezzi islands are protected by a natural reserve, allowing to preserve the biodiversity of this archipelago.
Day 4: heading towards the island of Razzoli
The island of Razzoli is a small island located in the south of Corsica, accessible only by boat. It is famous for its wild landscapes and rich marine wildlife. Discovering this island by catamaran is a unique experience, you will be able to sail along the coast of the island, passing by coves and isolated beaches, while admiring the magnificent views of the Corsican mountains. Day 5: visit of Bonifacio
Departure from the island of Razzoli early in the morning and arrival two hours later in the port of Bonifacio.
The city of Bonifacio is a fortified town located on the south coast of Corsica, it offers breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding islands. It is famous for its picturesque old port and its many historical monuments such as the Citadel or the Sainte-Marie-Majeure Church. The city of Bonifacio is also a prime location for climbing enthusiasts, the cliffs of Bonifacio are a world-renowned spot for this activity. Visiting Bonifacio also means discovering the local culture and traditions, particularly Corsican gastronomy which is very present in this town.
Day 6: anchoring at Porto-Novo
After your breakfast, you will leave the port of Bonifacio and head north towards Porto-Novo beach for a long stopover during which you can practice the water activities of your choice. Paddle, kayak, snorkeling, or fishing. You will be seduced by the turquoise waters of this sumptuous beach.
Day 7: Palombaggia beach and return to Porto-Vecchio
You will leave Porto-Novo and sail a few minutes towards Palombaggia beach. This beach is located about 2 km south of Porto-Vecchio, it is famous for its crystal clear waters and white sand. It is very popular for diving and water sports. It is also surrounded by pine forests that give it a wild side and offer an idyllic setting for a seaside vacation. In the late afternoon, you will make your way to Porto-Vecchio to enjoy your last evening on board.
Day 8: disembarking
After a quick check-out of the boat, you will be able to leave your catamaran around 10:00 AM. You have spent 7 unforgettable days in South-East Corsica on board a Marina Vela catamaran.
