Week schedule
Day 1: Boarding
Boarding at 5 p.m. on the catamaran. Settle into your cabins and discover the boat. Your skipper will then present the life on board and safety instructions to you. Leave the harbor to sail down the coast. Your vacation begins! You will head towards the entrance to the Gulf of Poltu Quatu, this hidden cove was once the landmark used by pirates. You can appreciate in this fjord this picturesque town of Poltu Quatu.
Day 2: Porto Cervo
Discover the most prestigious marinas in the Mediterranean: Porto Cervo, the capital of the Costa Smeralda, frequented by some of the most elegant racing yachts. In summer, it becomes an extraordinary parade of boats, catamarans and famous people. The marina being private, you stay at anchor sheltered from the coast for a quiet dinner. Do not hesitate to go ashore to walk in this exceptional spot of Sardinia.
Day 3: Heading for Porto Rotondo
We head south, to the Nibani and Rocche islands, passing beautiful white sand beaches, swimming in the turquoise waters, and resting on the beach of Liscia Ruia, or Razza di Giunco. Porto Rotonto is a marina known worldwide for its chic shops and restaurants. The setting is ideal for paddleboarding. Dinner on board and night at anchor.
Day 4: Porto Palma, Caprera
Hoist the sails towards the islands of Mortorio and enjoy a swim in crystal clear water before heading to Caprera Island and slipping into the Maddalena Archipelago. The coast is rugged, lined with cliffs. Caprera offers a superb anchorage with crystal clear waters. The islands are popular for hiking, swimming… With its landscapes, made of steep rocks and bays; it deserves your attention.
Day 5: Cala Gavetta, La Maddalena
Leave Caprera for a crossing to the island of Maddalena, an almost uninhabited wild island, it is the only one among the islands of the archipelago to have a village and a small port, Cala Gavetta. You can walk through the alleys of the city or climb to the top of Mount Guardia Vecchia, the view of the archipelago is extraordinary. At the port, enjoy a restaurant offering traditional Sardinian cuisine.
Day 6: Heading for Cala Corsara, Spargi
Cala Corsara is a real pearl of the archipelago. Spargi is a granitic island with little indented coasts and superb coves with sandy bottom and crystal clear water. Dinner and overnight at anchor.
Day 7: Cannigione
For this day cruise in Sardinia, you leave Spargi. You follow the indented coast of the Costa Smeralda and the steep islands of the Maddalena Archipelago, before entering the splendid Gulf of Arzachena. You can take your time to admire the beautiful landscapes, enjoy the bays and beaches or take a break on the sleepy island Santo Stefano.
